We created Flower Flow to be a place where it's easy to listen to meditations. Our Community Guidelines ensure everyone finds belonging, but not at the expense of anyone else.
These guidelines explain what is and isn't allowed on Flower Flow. Everyone on Flower Flow must follow these rules, and they apply to all parts of our platform, including your content, behaviors, and meditations. We may consider relevant off-platform behavior when assessing for violations of specific Community Guidelines.
Our Trust & Safety team reviews reports by users or trusted reports. When someone violates these guidelines we may take a number of enforcement steps against them including: issuing warnings; removing content; suspending or removing the accounts responsible; and potentially reporting them to law enforcement.
If you come across a user, or a meditation that appears to break these guidelines, please report it to us.
Respect Each Other
Do not harass others or organize, promote, or participate in harassment.
Do not organize, promote, or participate in hate speech or hateful conduct.
Do not make threats of violence or threaten to harm others.
Do not use Flower Flow for the organization, promotion, or support of violent extremism.
Do not use adult content in avatars, or any other space that cannot be age-restricted.
Respect creators’ intellectual property. Do not upload, share, or distribute meditations or other content unless you have the necessary rights and permissions. Piracy and infringement are prohibited.
Be Honest
Do not share false or misleading information (otherwise known as misinformation).
Do not coordinate or participate in malicious impersonation of an individual or an organization. Satire and parody are okay.
Do not engage in activities intended to cause damage or gain unauthorized access to another user's account, network, or system.
Respect Us
Do not abuse Flower Flow products in any way, such as selling or purchasing an account.
No circumvention. Do not attempt to bypass purchasing flows or access paid content without a valid license.
No unauthorized recordings or redistribution. Do not record, rip, or redistribute audio from the app.
Do not mislead Flower Flow's support teams.
If you see any activity that violates these guidelines, our Terms of Service, or our other policies, please report it to us via support@flower-flow.de.
These guidelines will continue to evolve over time. We may take action when we encounter a new threat or harm not explicitly covered.
Keep Flower Flow safe and a place for everyone to belong. Thanks for doing your part.
Enforcement and Appeals
We take violations of these guidelines seriously and may take various enforcement actions, including:
Issuing warnings for minor violations
Temporarily restricting access to certain features
Suspending accounts for repeated or serious violations
Permanently banning accounts for severe violations
Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities
If you believe your account was suspended or restricted in error, you may appeal by contacting us at support@flower-flow.de with your account details and a description of why you believe the action was incorrect.
We review all appeals carefully and will respond within a reasonable timeframe. However, our decisions are final and binding.
