Welcome! Flower Flow is your place to meditate. We're happy you're here.

These terms set forth our legal obligations to each other. They apply to your use of our services.

When we say 'Flower Flow,' 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' in these terms, we mean Flower Flow UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

When we say 'services' in these terms, we mean Flower Flow's services, apps, websites, and other products.

When we say 'you' or 'your,' we mean you. If you're accessing our services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent authority to bind that entity.

We also have a Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other policies that apply to your use of our services and are incorporated into these terms. Flower Flow's Paid Services Terms apply to any purchase you make through Flower Flow.

Who we are

We provide services that allow you listen to meditations.

Flower Flow's services are provided by Flower Flow UG (haftungsbeschränkt). We're located at Jürgensplatz 56, 40219 Düsseldorf, Germany, registered with the German Chamber of Commerce with registration number DE356926334. When these terms mention ‘Flower Flow,’ they refer to this entity.

Age requirements and responsibility of parents and guardians

By accessing our services, you confirm that you're at least 16 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country.

If you are old enough to access our services in your country, but not old enough to have authority to consent to our terms, your parent or guardian must agree to our terms on your behalf.

What you can expect from us

We may add or remove features and services. Outages or changes may occur; content may not be retrievable.

Your Flower Flow account

To access the services on an ongoing basis, you need a Flower Flow account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

You are responsible for account security and accurate contact info.

We may assume that communications we receive from your account or associated contact information were made by you.

You agree not to license, sell, or transfer your account without our prior written approval.

Content in Flower Flow's services

Our app primarily offers professionally created and licensed meditations. Users generally do not upload content. If you submit feedback or communications to us, you grant us a license to use that feedback to improve our services.

If you provide us with content (e.g. feedback, reviews, comments or other texts), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to – use, store, reproduce, modify and make such content publicly available – for the provision, maintenance and improvement of our services, – for evaluation in anonymised or pseudonymised form, and – for communication and marketing purposes. We only use personal data contained in such content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may remove material you submit (e.g., reviews or feedback) for violations of these terms, the Community Guidelines, the Privacy Policy, or law.

Flower Flow's content

Our services include content that belongs to us or to licensors. No rights transfer to you except as expressly granted.

License to use the content

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and privately perform meditations within the app for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited uses

No commercial use, public performance, or distribution of the content.
Do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account or access.
Do not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the content.
Do not record, rip, scrape, or otherwise extract audio from the app.
Do not circumvent DRM or other technical protection measures.
Do not automate or scrape our services or metadata without permission.

Software in Flower Flow's services

We grant you a limited license to download and run client software solely to access our services, subject to these terms.

You may not reverse engineer or decompile our software except as permitted by law.

Some services include open source software with separate licenses.

If you download or use the Flower Flow iOS app from Apple’s App Store, your license to that app is non-transferable and limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s applicable Usage Rules and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Nothing in these terms is intended to override those Apple terms where they apply.

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same. See our Copyright & IP Policy for more information.

Flower Flow's subscription services

Basic functionality is free. Premium features and content are available through subscription plans via Apple In‑App Purchases (IAP). Subscription prices may vary by region; taxes as shown at checkout.

Subscriptions grant a personal, limited license for private, non-commercial use in-app only. Access to premium content is limited to the duration of your active subscription. No redistribution or offline access beyond the subscription period.

Please note that payments, billing, subscription terms, cancellations and refunds for subscriptions purchased via Apple In-App Purchases (IAP) are generally governed by the terms and conditions of the respective app store. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail with respect to payments and refunds.

We do not provide medical or mental health advice; consult professionals as needed.

Meditation

The meditation content offered in the app is intended solely for general support of relaxation, well-being, and self-reflection.

It may only be used in a safe, quiet environment and only when the user can give the content their full attention. Use is expressly prohibited while driving vehicles, cycling, operating machinery, cooking, exercising, or engaging in any other activities that require full attention, responsiveness, or physical control.

Use must be stopped immediately if discomfort or negative physical or psychological reactions occur.

Hypnosis

The hypnosis content offered in the app is intended solely for general support of relaxation, well-being, and self-reflection. It does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic diagnosis, advice, or treatment and does not replace medical or therapeutic examination, care, or treatment.

The use of hypnosis content is voluntary and at the user's own risk. Users are responsible for determining whether the content offered is suitable for their personal situation.

Hypnosis content must not be used, in particular:

during acute psychological crises, suicidal thoughts or self-harm, psychoses, schizophrenia, delusions, or comparable psychotic symptoms,
or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other consciousness-altering substances.

Medical or therapeutic advice should be sought before using hypnosis content, particularly in cases of epilepsy or seizure disorders, pregnancy, severe neurological conditions, severe cardiovascular conditions, ongoing psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment, use of psychotropic drugs or other medications that may affect perception, consciousness, or emotional responses, as well as other physical or psychological conditions where relaxation, trance, or suggestion content may be unsuitable.

Hypnosis content may only be used in a safe, quiet environment and only when the user can give the content their full attention. Use is expressly prohibited while driving vehicles, cycling, operating machinery, cooking, exercising, or engaging in any other activities that require full attention, responsiveness, or physical control.

Use must be stopped immediately if discomfort or negative physical or psychological reactions occur. In cases of physical or psychological complaints, uncertainties, or symptoms requiring treatment, qualified medical or therapeutic professionals should be consulted.

The provider makes no healing promises and does not owe any specific health, psychological, emotional, or other success through the use of hypnosis content. Individual effects may vary or may not occur at all.

Hypnosis content is not a crisis, emergency, or acute care offering and is not intended for the treatment of acute psychological or medical emergencies. In cases of acute psychological crises, suicidal thoughts, danger to self or others, or medical emergencies, professional help must be sought immediately.

No Crisis or Emergency Service

Flower Flow is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in an acute crisis, have suicidal thoughts, or believe that you or others are in immediate danger, please contact the emergency services (112) or a crisis or counselling hotline in your country without delay. Our meditations cannot replace professional help and are not designed for the treatment of emergencies or severe mental health conditions.

No medical advice; no guaranteed results

Meditations are for general wellness only and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Results vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. You use the services at your own risk, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Medical or therapeutic decisions should not be made solely on the basis of information from our services, but should always be discussed with medical or psychotherapeutic professionals.

Restrictions on your use of Flower Flow's services

When using our services, you must comply with these terms, our Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.

Don't use the services to harm others or infringe rights.
Don't attack our systems, abuse payments, or misuse our IP.
Don't use the services for anything illegal.

Report violations to support@flower-flow.de.

Termination

You can stop using the services at any time and delete your account in-app.

We may suspend or terminate your access where permitted by law for violations, legal requirements, or to prevent harm.

You breach these terms or our policies.
We are required to do so to comply with a legal requirement or court order.
We reasonably believe termination is necessary to prevent harm.

Indemnity

If you use the services on behalf of a business, you will indemnify Flower Flow for certain claims.

Services 'AS IS'

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we provide the services and any related software, content, or features on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory (including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and noninfringement).

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any warranties or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, Flower Flow and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the services.

To the extent permitted by law and except where liability cannot be limited (for example in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or under mandatory product liability laws), Flower Flow’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will be limited to the amount you paid to us for access to the services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

EU consumer rights and jurisdiction provisions apply as required.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts at our registered seat in Germany, unless mandatory law provides otherwise (e.g., your local courts as a consumer).

These terms are the entire agreement for your use of our services.

Additional terms may apply to certain products or services.

Comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. In particular, you may not use, export, re‑export, or otherwise transfer the app or our services (a) into any country or territory subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes, or (b) to anyone on applicable sanctions or denied‑party lists (such as those maintained by the EU, the U.S. government, or other relevant authorities). By using the services, you represent that you are not subject to such restrictions and that you will not use the services for any prohibited purpose (including, without limitation, in connection with nuclear, missile, or chemical or biological weapons).

No waiver, severability applies; you may not assign without consent; we may assign to affiliates or successors.

Provisions that should survive termination will survive.

We may update these terms with notice where required. Continued use means acceptance.
