Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply when you subscribe to any paid offering on Flower Flow, including premium subscriptions and premium features. They supplement our Terms of Service and govern your subscription relationship with us.

Subscription Types

We offer various subscription plans that may include: (a) Premium monthly subscriptions; (b) Premium annual subscriptions; (c) Premium lifetime subscriptions; and (d) Special promotional subscriptions. Subscription features and content availability may vary by region, language, and plan type. We may add, modify, or discontinue subscription plans at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. For monthly subscriptions, you will be charged monthly on the same date as your initial subscription. For annual subscriptions, you will be charged annually on the same date as your initial subscription. All prices are shown at checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on your region. For iOS subscriptions, Apple is the merchant of record and handles tax collection and receipts.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for the next billing period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings (for iOS) or through your account settings in the app.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (for iOS) or through your account settings in the app. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for unused portions of subscription periods are generally not provided, except as required by applicable law or as specified in our Refund Policy.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials or promotional subscription periods. If you sign up for a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial periods and promotional offers are subject to terms and conditions that will be disclosed at the time of sign-up.

License to Subscription Content

During your active subscription period, Flower Flow grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and privately perform the premium audio content in the Flower Flow app for your personal, non-commercial use. You obtain no ownership in the content. Access to premium content is limited to the duration of your active subscription. You may not download (except as enabled in-app for offline playback), copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the content outside the app.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription immediately if you breach these terms, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. If we terminate your subscription for breach, you will not be entitled to a refund. We may also suspend your subscription if payment fails, in which case you may be able to reactivate by updating your payment method.

Service Availability

We strive to keep our services available, but availability is not guaranteed. Temporary outages, maintenance, or other changes may occur. If our service becomes permanently unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide appropriate remedies as required by applicable law. If we permanently cease operating the service, your subscription will be terminated and you will not be entitled to a refund, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Data Usage and Offline Access

Premium content may be available for offline download during your subscription period. Offline access is limited to the duration of your active subscription. Downloaded content may be automatically removed if your subscription expires or is cancelled. Data usage for streaming and downloading content counts against your device's data plan.
