This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Flower Flow subscriptions. We understand that you may want to cancel your subscription, and we've made the process as straightforward as possible.
Subscription Refunds
For subscription services, refunds are generally not provided for unused portions of subscription periods. However, you may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
You cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription (cooling-off period for EU consumers)
We are unable to provide the service due to technical issues on our end
You were charged incorrectly due to our error
The service was misrepresented or materially different from what was advertised
Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (for iOS) or through your account settings in the app. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
Free Trial Refunds
If you cancel during a free trial period, no charges will be made to your account. If you were charged after a free trial that you did not intend to continue, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge to request a refund.
Refund Processing
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. For iOS subscriptions, refunds are processed by Apple and may take longer to appear in your account.
Refund Exceptions
We generally do not provide refunds in the following circumstances:
You simply changed your mind about the subscription
You did not use the service during your subscription period
You forgot to cancel before the renewal date
You are dissatisfied with the content quality (subjective preference)
You violated our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Your Statutory Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason. This right applies only to the first subscription purchase, not to renewals.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that we have denied, you may contact us to discuss your case. We will review each case individually and make a decision based on the specific circumstances and applicable law.
