Flower Flow UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is the data controller for information collected through the services (as defined in our Terms of Service).

Flower Flow is a meditator's place
We built Flower Flow to be your place for meditating.
Our services include the Flower Flow mobile app and our marketing website. We may also collect information when you communicate with us.
We collect certain information when you use Flower Flow. This includes information you provide, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from other sources.
Information you provide to us
Account information. When you create a Flower Flow account, you can provide an email and password.
Transactional information. When you purchase via Apple IAP, Apple processes payment. We receive limited purchase metadata to fulfill your order and for support.
Purchase information. Depending on the processor, we may receive limited billing information.
Information from actions you take. We collect information about your use of the services, including purchases and listening activity.

Information about your use of the apps or websites (logs and events).
Information when you interact with our ads or referral links.

We may also use information about your use of the services to show you content and offers in the app or by email that match your interests (e.g. suitable bundles or new meditations). Where cookies or similar technologies are required for this, we rely – depending on the legal situation – on your consent or on our legitimate interests. You can adjust certain tracking and marketing features in your device, browser or app settings and, where available, use our opt-out options.
We currently do not display personalised third-party advertising within the Flower Flow app.

You can also object to the use of your data for direct marketing at any time. – Right to withdraw consent: Where we process data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, you can use the relevant functions in the app or contact us at support@flower-flow.de. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the EEA or in the United Kingdom.
Data retention
We retain personal information as needed for the purposes collected and delete inactive accounts after a period.
If you delete your account in-app, we delete it and related data unless otherwise specified.
How we protect your information
We encrypt data in transit and at rest and limit access via controls.
Children
Flower Flow is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children under the age of 16 (or the minimum age applicable under local law) without the required consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will take appropriate steps to delete or anonymise this data. If you believe that we are processing data of a child in this sense, please contact us at support@flower-flow.de.
How to control your privacy
Control your settings in the app and delete your account in the Profile page if you wish.
Manage cookies
Control cookies via your browser and device settings and provider opt-outs.
Disabling cookies may affect functionality.
International data transfers
We process data in Germany and other countries as needed and use appropriate safeguards for transfers outside the EEA.

We will update this policy from time to time and provide notice where required.
